About the event
This event is tailored to ages 8-12 and 13-17. It is a discussion on Self-Awareness and Mindfulness that dives into our ability to know who we are and how much power we have to create positive outcomes. This event is online for anyone not local to the Virginia area and will be combined with the in-person group. This is interactive and will be a awesome way to learn and share feelings on responsible decision-making and the consequences of our actions.
